Apartment visualiser

A floor plan goes in and a photorealistic interior comes out in minutes, in your own visual style, with every window, door, and plumbing point exactly where it is in the real apartment. One render drops from about a week and $100 to fifteen minutes and $14.

How it works

You giveA floor plan or a thousand at once, plus the standards the result has to follow.
The system doesThe renders. It reads the layout, holds every window, door, and plumbing point in its real position, and generates a photorealistic interior in your visual style, then refines it in a second pass for detail and texture.
You stay in controlOf the result. You review renders before they go anywhere, fix a detail with inpainting instead of starting over, regenerate a single room until it is right, and rerun only the plans that need it after a bulk job.
You getA marketing-ready image in about fifteen minutes.

Inside the system

06 components
01

Style-trained generation model

The engine runs on a model fine-tuned on your own archive of professional renders, so it produces your materials, lighting, and finish standards instead of generic AI imagery.

02

Floor plan interpretation

The layout is read directly from the plan and used to guide generation, so windows, doors, and plumbing points stay exactly where they are in the real space. The output is geometrically true to the plan, not merely plausible.

03

Constraint engine

Engineering and brand rules apply to every generation: what can go where, which finishes are allowed, how lighting behaves. The same logic applies to every unit, so quality no longer depends on which designer was free.

04

Two-pass rendering

A primary render is followed by a refinement pass that sharpens detail and texture.

05

Single-image editing

Fix one detail with inpainting or regenerate one room, without touching the rest of the image.

06

Bulk production

Upload a thousand plans at once, review the results, and rerun only the ones that need adjusting.

Who it's for

Good fit
Residential and commercial developers
Furniture and homeware retailers showing products in real rooms
Interior design studios producing early-stage concepts
Renovation and fit-out companies
Real estate marketplaces and listing platforms
Hospitality groups visualising rooms across a portfolio
Modular and prefab housing manufacturers
Not a fit
Bespoke single-project design where every room is unique
Construction documentation that needs certified technical drawings
Teams with no archive of past work to train on

What you can configure

01
Your visual styleThe model is trained on your own renders, so materials, lighting, and finish standards come from your archive.
02
Your engineering rulesPlumbing points, structural constraints, and layout logic are enforced on every generation.
03
Room types and variantsWhich room types the system covers, and how many variants it produces per plan.

What we need from you

Your render archivePast professional renders, ideally several thousand, so the model learns your visual language.
Your standardsMaterials, lighting, furniture rules, and anything else that makes a render recognisably yours.
Floor plansIn SVG or PNG, in the format your team already produces.
One reviewerSomeone who can say whether a render is good enough to publish, a few hours a week during the build.

Example use cases

Rendering 1,000 apartment interiors without a studio queue

A residential developer paid a design studio about $100 and waited up to a week for each of the 1,000 renders a complex needed. Trained on the developer's own 10,000+ renders, the AI engine now turns a floor plan into an on-brand interior in 15 minutes for $14.

Show buyers the apartment before the studio has drawn it.
