2. Services and Information on the Site

2.1 The Site provides information about Moat8 LLC's AI development services, case studies, team and contact information. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to provide services.

2.2 Actual service engagements are governed exclusively by a separately executed Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work. Nothing on the Site creates any contractual obligation to provide services.

2.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, AI-related visual assets and software, is the exclusive property of Moat8 LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

3.2 You may view and print pages from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission or use requires our prior written consent.

3.3 The Moat8 name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of Moat8 LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOAT8 LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Sheridan, Wyoming. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
