Adaptive learning platform

A platform that profiles every learner and drafts their development plan in minutes. Six hours of specialist work becomes a five-minute draft, and the expertise that used to live with a handful of senior people becomes available to everyone delivering your programme.

How it works

You giveYour methodology: the assessments, the frameworks, the plan formats, and the course material your specialists already work from.
The system doesThe interpretation. It maps assessment results into a full learner profile, generates a complete development plan from that profile, and answers questions about a specific learner using everything it holds on them.
You stay in controlWherever the judgment belongs to a specialist. Plans arrive as drafts to approve or rewrite, your experts define what a correct recommendation looks like, and the reasoning behind each suggestion stays visible instead of arriving as a verdict.
You getConsistent plans in minutes, and an AI assistant your specialists, learners, and their families can all use.

Inside the system

08 components
01

Learner profiling engine

Assessment results map onto the psychological and learning scales your methodology already uses. The result is a full profile: communication style, content sequence, the kinds of examples that land, and where support is needed.

02

Development plan generation

From that profile the system writes a complete plan with structured recommendations in a consistent format and quality.

03

Per-learner memory

Assessments, specialist notes, and session observations build up against each learner, so the assistant answers in the context of that person instead of in general terms.

04

Self-expanding course knowledge

Course material becomes part of what the assistant knows. When a specialist adds a course, the assistant gets better at that specialist’s work, and it uses the lesson open on screen to answer questions in place.

05

Specialist workspace

One place to start an assessment, open a learner’s profile, move across developmental domains, and track everyone under a specialist’s care, with the assistant alongside instead of in a separate window.

06

Exception-based review

Specialists review what the system flags instead of writing every document from scratch. Junior staff work independently with the assistant while senior curators oversee at a level that scales.

07

Multilingual core

Language is a platform-level setting across courses, assessments, prompts, and responses, so a new market is configuration work.

08

Family and learner access

Parents, or the learners themselves, get their own track: progress they can follow, questions they can ask in plain language, and their own materials, without going through a specialist for every small thing.

Who it's for

Good fit
Corporate training and certification programmes
Tutoring networks and learning centres
Universities and vocational institutions
Public education programmes and NGOs
Coaching and professional development
Not a fit
Course catalogues with no per-learner adaptation
Teams whose methodology is not written down anywhere yet

What you can configure

01
Your assessment logicThe scales, the thresholds, and the mapping from result to profile are yours. The system runs your framework.
02
What a good plan looks likeStructure, tone, length, and required sections follow the format your specialists already sign their names to.
03
Who sees whatRoles decide access: specialist, curator, learner, family member, administrator, each with their own view.
04
Where it runs and in what languageYour cloud, ours, or your own hardware where data residency requires it, with language as a setting.

What we need from you

Your methodologyAssessment materials, frameworks, and completed plans, so the system learns your approach.
Course contentThe material your programmes already run on, in whatever formats your team uses today.
One subject expertSomeone who can say what a correct recommendation looks like, a few hours a week during the build.

Example use cases

Cutting a learning plan from six hours to five minutes

Specialists at an inclusive education provider wrote every development plan by hand, taking up to six hours per learner. An AI agent now profiles each learner from the assessment and drafts the plan in the provider's own format in about five minutes.

Put your methodology where every specialist can reach it.
