ChatLogix

Your Telegram community produces hundreds of messages a day and most of the value sinks out of reach within hours. ChatLogix keeps the spam out, publishes a daily digest that makes the whole day readable in two minutes, and turns the entire history into a knowledge base anyone can ask questions of.

How it works

You giveA chat, and the rules for what matters in it.
The system doesThe reading. It stops spam before anything else runs, transcribes voice messages and video notes, indexes the whole history, and ranks each day by what was actually discussed.
You stay in controlAs an admin. You decide what counts as a signal, what gets published and when, and how strict the spam filter is. Every topic in a digest links back to the message it came from, so nothing has to be taken on trust.
You getA daily digest, a searchable archive of everything the community has said, and answers to questions asked in plain language.

Inside the system

08 components
01

Two-layer spam gate

A captcha stops bots before their first message lands, and a content filter catches the rest, including ads from members who joined months ago and passed the captcha long since. It runs ahead of everything else, so noise never reaches the digest or the archive.

02

Daily digest

Every morning the group gets a summary of the previous day, with topics ranked by how much was said and each one linking back to the message where it started.

03

Cross-chat digest

For people who follow several communities, one message in direct messages covers all of them, grouped by chat, each topic linking straight into the conversation.

04

Self-building knowledge base

The bot indexes the entire history on its own, across tens of thousands of messages. Nothing to file, nothing to curate, and the archive keeps growing as the chat does.

05

Voice and video transcription

Voice messages and video notes are transcribed automatically, so the part of the conversation that lives in audio becomes searchable and enters the digest like any other message.

06

Semantic search

A half-remembered question is enough. Answers come from the community’s own history, with the quotes they draw on and links to the original messages. No keyword has to match.

07

Recurring routines

One sentence sets up a standing job. Name a topic and a schedule, confirm it once, and it publishes from the next morning with every item sourced.

08

Voiced digests

The daily summary is also rendered as speech, for catching up while commuting or between meetings.

What we need from you

Admin rightsAdd the bot to the chat and give it the permissions it needs to moderate and publish.
Permission to read historyThe archive builds itself from what is already there, so the knowledge base is useful from the first day.
One adminSomeone who can say what a useful digest looks like for this particular community, for the first couple of weeks.

Example use cases

Turning busy Telegram communities into knowledge bases

Active Telegram communities produce 300 to 500 messages a day, so members miss what matters and mute the chat. ChatLogix, an AI bot now running in 10,000+ communities, filters spam, posts a two-minute daily digest, and makes the whole history searchable.
